    Responsibilities:
    1. Draw up the monthly and weekly production plans of the factory, release production instructions, and follow up the progress of implementation until the objectives are met;
    2. Review orders, follow up the progress of each link of production including material supply and production arrangements;
    3. Adjust the production plan reasonably to meet the shipment requirements according to the completion status of the production plan and the supply of purchased materials;

    Responsibilities:

    1. Carry out prototype development of pack products (including the design of accessories, structure and technology), corresponding control standards, and full demonstration with the equipment team to ensure product realization;

    2. Design for assembly of the power battery system, including battery pack structure, BMS electrical design and model selection;

    3. Develop new battery PACK products, determine and improve the technological standards, and define the
    quality standards;

    4. Organize and solve the key technical problems in the production of battery packs;

    5. Take charge of the entire process of customer sample projects including design, development and production;

    6. Answer customers’ questions and standardize the after-sale technical documents;

    Requirements:

    4. Familiarity with battery production workflow, sets making technology, battery performance ;

    Responsibilities:

    1. Draw up on-site technology-related documents.

    2. On-site staff technology training.

    3. Participate in equipment acceptance, installation and commissioning, and be able to evaluate the working procedures.
