Job description:

1. Responsible for developing and maintaining our customers of small lithium batteries (including but not limited to electric two-wheelers, electric tricycles, energy storage, sightseeing vehicles, electric forklifts, aerial work platforms, etc.).

4. Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of responsible customers.

Requirements:

1. 25 to 45 years old, junior college education or above, excellent professional ethics, good conduct, high comprehensive quality, adaptable to trips and social occasions.

2. More than 2 years of experience in the sales of lithium batteries and supporting products of electric vehicles. Be familiar with customers in the lithium battery industry (electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, electric tricycles, energy storage, electric forklifts, electric sightseeing vehicles, aerial work platforms, etc.).

3. Be able to carry out sales work independently. Possess certain sales negotiation skills.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, motivated, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist General Manager to formulate the company's sales strategy, formulate, organize and implement the complete sales plan, lead the team to transform the plan into sales results;

2. Develop business, establish benign cooperative relations with clients and the industry;

3. Formulate the annual sales expense budget, guide and control the direction and progress of sales and marketing;

4. Decompose the sales task indicators, establish responsibilities and cost evaluation methods, formulate and adjust sales plans and strategies;

5. Establish an industry customer database, understand the current status and possible needs of users of different scales;

6. Organize the department to develop a variety of sales approaches, complete the sales plan and the repayment tasks;

7. Construct a sales team, and help establish, supplement, develop and train the sales team;

8. Analyze customers, tap user needs, and develop new customers and new market areas;

9. Improve the sales support system, establish various types of account books, and conduct data statistics and analysis.

Requirements:

1. 30 to 45 years old, junior college or above guaranteed, good professional ethics, excellent conduct, high comprehensive quality, be able to travel and engage in social activities;

2. More than five years of working experience. More than two years of sales management experience in medium and large enterprises is preferred;

3. Experience in sales management of new energy, lithium battery, and matching products of electric vehicles is preferred;

4. Experience in the independent operation of more than one-million-worth contracts;

5. Strong proficiency in word processing, expression, market development and sales;

6. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, rich experience in building and training teams, and good sales performance in the past;

7. Strong skills in time management and work management.

Responsibilities:
1. Draw up the monthly and weekly production plans of the factory, release production instructions, and follow up the progress of implementation until the objectives are met;
2. Review orders, follow up the progress of each link of production including material supply and production arrangements;
3. Adjust the production plan reasonably to meet the shipment requirements according to the completion status of the production plan and the supply of purchased materials;
4. Coordinate departments within the factory to solve the obstacles in production and ensure the smooth progress of production;
5. Convene meetings to coordinate production and marketing, handle related work matters;
6. Track the material requirements, remind and enquire stock preparation and implement the emergency reminder as required by make-to-orders;
7. Prepare and report the abnormal work once a week;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders.

Requirements:
1. Junior college or above guaranteed;
2. More than 3 years of working experience in preparing factory’s production plans, and the ability to transform the sales plan into the production plan, to assist statistical analysis and to formulate the production plan according to the production situation;
3. Proficiency in office software, EXCEL and other operations;
4. Excellent coordination ability, good team management ability;
5. Proficiency in BOM and experience in the operation of the ERP system are preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out prototype development of pack products (including the design of accessories, structure and technology), corresponding control standards, and full demonstration with the equipment team to ensure product realization;

2. Design for assembly of the power battery system, including battery pack structure, BMS electrical design and model selection;

3. Develop new battery PACK products, determine and improve the technological standards, and define the
quality standards;

4. Organize and solve the key technical problems in the production of battery packs;

5. Take charge of the entire process of customer sample projects including design, development and production;

6. Answer customers’ questions and standardize the after-sale technical documents;

7. Provide other departments with support related to battery PACK technology.

Requirements:

1. Junior college or above guaranteed, major in mechanical and electrical integration, electronic engineering, etc.;

2. More than 1 year of PACK-related work experience, and experience in design for assembly of power batteries and model selection of power management systems is preferred;

3. Familiarity with the structure, technology and working principles of lithium ion battery packs as well as the performance and working principles of battery protection boards, and unique insights and hands-on experience in lithium batteries and their application fields;

4. Familiarity with battery production workflow, sets making technology, battery performance ;

5. Good capabilities in communication, coordination, promotion and teamwork, as well as the ability to make immediate responses to product abnormalities on site.

Responsibilities:

1. Draw up on-site technology-related documents.

2. On-site staff technology training.

3. Participate in equipment acceptance, installation and commissioning, and be able to evaluate the working procedures.

4. Solve the technological problems in the on-site production process.

5. Design and verify on-site process parameters, and draw up experiment reports.

6. Assist IE to conduct man-hours accounting and on-site optimization.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with the process flow and key process control points of soft pack polymer laminated batteries, testing methods and testing standards of lithium batteries, raw materials of lithium ion batteries, and related technical standards of raw materials.

2. Ability to write operation files, technological parameter files, CP, PFEMA and other files; collect, analyze and process data; apply mintab to analyze and process data, and write reports.

3. Ability to design experiments and deal with abnormal problems on site.

Responsibilities:
1. Obey the working instructions issued by the after-sales supervisor and be responsible for the work arrangement of the after-sales supervisor.
2. Fulfill fault analysis and maintenance of quality products in Europe.
3. Reasonably coordinate and dispatch logistics channels, complete technical guidance for products in Europe.
4. Properly resolve or feed back the abnormalities and emergencies that occur during delivery and maintenance in Europe.
5. Fully support the after-sales customer service of the Headquarters to deal with complaints and respond to crisis events in the handling of vicious incidents.
6. Instruct and train local agents and authorized stores to understand product performance and technical guidance.

Requirements:
1. Full-time or part-time, junior college or above guaranteed, good English communication skills.
2. Be able to endure hardships, accept long-term ex-pat after training, and provide on-site maintenance services to customers.
3. Those who now live in Europe (Germany, France) are preferred.
